After suffering two seizures a little over two weeks ago, Rick Ross made his return to NYC. The Boss was recently spotted filming an episode of BET’s “106 & Park” with his protegé Wale. Ross explained that his seizures were a symptom of exhaustion and that after waking up in a hospital, he was ordered on bed rest. Ross also said that during his brief hiatus, he recorded new music. The interview airs tonight at 6pm on BET.

Wale’s sophomore album Ambition is now available.

The Notorious K.I.M. is back and better than ever. Lately, Kim has been making her rounds. She was photo’d sitting front-row at The Blonds “Live Fast, Dye Blond” Fall 2012 Fashion Show during Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week at Milk Studio, NYC, made an appearance at Expo Club , was a guest on Bravo’s hit show ‘Watch What Happens Live’ with Andy Cohen and released her new single “If You Love Me”. In her latest appearances, Kim was spotted partying at Tabu nightclub. She was all glammed-up, styling on them hoes. Rocsi Diaz of BET’s 106 & Park is preparing to exit her hosting role this fall. YRB Magazine recently caught up with the Latina beauty. Styled in Issey Miyake’s latest collection, Rocsi posed in a few pieces including a jumpsuit, dress pants, tied up shirt and dress. During the interview, Rocsi talks about the misconception of her and life after 106 & Park. Below are some excerpts:

THE MISCONCEPTION OF WHO I AM

“I’m not what people think I am. People see a persona on television and they tend to think that is how people really are, when in actuality, we are all just human beings. I’m a very spiritual, humble and down-to-earth person. There is so much more to me than what meets the eye.”

LIFE AFTER 106 & PARK 

“I see myself continuing to host and be a part of the entertainment world. It is something I have grown to love, and I truly enjoy it. I have also ventured into the realm of acting, as well as writing and producing movies. I’m currently filming, as well as shopping around the very first film that I produced, and I’m really excited about it.”

ADVICE FOR THE NEXT ROCSI

“Always follow your passion. Look at the people that came before you. Study the greats and practice, but most importantly, try to set your lane. Don’t settle for trying to be the next me, but instead become the best you.”

Last night Thursday (June 6), model-turned-reality star Draya Michele of Basketball Wives Los Angeles co-hosted the show with Bow Wow. Socialite and entrepreneuress Angela Simmons is still handling co-hosting duties on B.E.T.’s ‘106 & Park‘. Most likely, the executives are still testing her to see if they are going to make her a permanent host. It is rumored that the network is in the process of announcing that Angela is the new co-host. The fashion trendsetter will also be co-hosting BET’s ‘106 & Park‘ for the BET Experience at L.A. Live during the BET Awards weekend. The show will broadcast live from the Nokia Plaza.

Angela recently co-hosted ‘106 & Park‘ with the show’s host Bow Wow. She wore a two-piece $157 Talia Grey & Gold Bodycon Dress accessorized with orange ankle strap sandals. Rapper turned video jockey Bow Wow recently hosted 106 & Park in a $450 Members Club Star Studded Jacket layered over a white tee-shirt with tan pants and Air Jordan 5 Retro “Fear Pack” sneakers.

Bow Wow’s money green jacket features cotton velvet with cream stars throughout, cream trimming, a gold zipper and gold flap pocket. There are only a few made in each size. Priced at $180, these Air Jordan 4 Retro “Fear Pack” dropped last summer. They feature an olive-green upper, green-to-black gradient midsole and a translucent outsole sit below.

Before leaving BET for the holidays, Bow Wow handled his ‘106 & Park‘ hosting duties in a black ensemble which was accessorized with Air Jordan 4 Retro ‘Toro‘ sneakers.

These ‘Toro‘ sneakers feature a red nubuck upper with cement grey and black accents and a white midsole. They’re completed with a grey tongue with the Jumpman logo, grey lining and black heel tab round out the details of this cool looking colorway.

I like Bow Wow’s sweatsuit; the leather material is cool.

For his television appearance, the Bronx-native matched a red and black sweater with black denim jeans.
